Navajo Horse Hair Pottery
This horse hair pottery is made by TIISYATO NATIVE ARTS direct from Navajo Nation. Each piece comes with an information card. Quantities are limited but we do have a few of each of the pieces below unless otherwise indicated. About the pottery from the family: "We do our own Horsehair potteries. We are the first to combine the three on potteries. (Horsehair, feather & sugar). You will see Horsehair potteries all over the Southwest, but not with the feather & sugar design. Each pottery is signed by us. In the Diné tradition, the feather protects us and we travel by the feather. You have purchased a pottery that is one of a kind."
